Conquering Candida: The New 30-Day Protocol for Restoring Your Microbiome and Health
At last, an up-to-date, complete guide to diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of the classic gut microbiome illness, Candida overgrowth.
Over the past half-century, the diagnosis of Candida has been controversial—even vilified and dismissed as a made-up illness. Too many patients have had key symptoms overlooked because a physician, often a specialist, focused on just a few of them and failed to connect the dots. Fortunately, recent advances in medicine’s understanding of the gut microbiome and its impact on the immune system and health has created a revolution in medicine. If you suspect you have Candida overgrowth, you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars going from doctor to doctor to get answers and effective treatment.

Conquering Candida is an up-to-date resource written by Dean Mitchell, MD, a nationally recognized expert on Candida for over thirty years and creator and host of the podcast The Smartest Doctor in the Room, and Joelle Mitchell, RD, CDN.
Together they offer:
- a diagnostic questionnaire that takes into account the latest research on Candida overgrowth
- cutting-edge testing and treatment options such as antifungal medications and immunotherapy
- a very doable 30-day diet that won’t leave you feeling dissatisfied, hungry, or frustrated
- information on diet and vitamins that can help you treat Candida and avoid a recurrence
- an explanation of symptoms, including those likely to be suffered by men (yes, they can experience Candida, too)
Whether you’re a patient whose symptoms weren’t seen as possible indicators of Candida, or a medical professional looking for a research-based guide to what we now know is a common ailment, Conquering Candida is the guide you need to stop Candida overgrowth now.
